Our father had a project: to gather traditional recipes from the Nord Pas-de-calais, his native region, by interviewing my grandma and other old ladies in the villages all around. He wanted to try them, to adapt them to nowadays confines if needed, and to publish them to share this knowledge. He never had the time to do it. Through this blog we are expecting to complete his work.
